I found that a strange way to warrant a product. Then on my 10th round with this buggy, the same thing happened again. Same wheel, and same wheel bearing. Again, the agent won't repair or refund their product only send replacement parts. In my opinion this product has a design fault for the same thing to happen twice to the same wheel bearing. Apart from that issue, other parts have fallen off from screws coming loose from cheep lock nuts that don't lock.

Not sure how often you need to charge the remote. Remember to take remote and hill restraints with you, they are essential pieces. Took it out once so far on a hilly course. It makes walking so much more pleasurable.

It appears that the brackets were not made to spec and the brackets are unable fit flush on the axle. The left bracket seems to have needed bending more and this is causing the axles and the middle body to move and rotate a lot when the wheels are engaged. But overall I would recommend the V2 for any golfer who walks the course. Clip pliers t do the repair myself.
Very happy with the V2 on my Clicgear 3.5. Before it arrived I was a little concerned that I didn’t order the front swivel conversion but it turns just fine with the single fixed front wheel. It does turn better on the grass than on the cart paths and also better while it’s going faster rather than slower. I have found that there are a few cart bridges I can’t use anymore. The V2 is wider than the original wheels on my Clicgear, which just barely made it across before. Battery life is more than sufficient.
Works well, customer service was really good and I'm very pleased with the product. Was reasonably easy to install and it's easy to set up and unpack. I appreciate the lock feature on the remote. The charging feature on the remote is OK; I didn't mind the batteries on the V1 remote.
